I an new to Sugar, but have installed 4.5f which works fine. I have the following questions. perhaps someone has the answers -

1 I cannot find a global search and replace. Is there a workaround?
2 I cannot create a cstomer field or fields. After importing, I'd like to add some sortable fields. Is this possible?
3 When I send leads to a user, they stay in my leads tab. Is there a way to move and not just copy them?
