406 error - not acceptable when trying to quick create

When trying to quick create an email to a project or project task or account i get this error

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /CRM/index.php could not be found on this server.

i can not save the email

Any ideas on what is wrong here.

Does your Apache server have mod_security and turned it on?

Or your incoming email may have a inappropriate tag in it.
