5.0.0 Upgrade Wizard

I used the FastStack Linux Installer 5.0.0 to install Sugar and want to install the b patch. I tried using the upgrade wizard in the admin panel but nothing happens. When I click on the upgrade wizard icon, the area goes blank and all that is left is the create new user icon on the left. The page says it is done downloading. I am wondering if perhaps I don't have the upgrade wizard installed or if anyone else has experienced this. - New to Sugar and Linux - Thanks

Same problem appears during upgradind to 5.0.0b:
Installed version: sugarcrm-CE-5.0.0-windows-installer.exe (FASTSTACK, WIN)

same with me too. i just wonder how to upgrade without the update wizard page, is it possible ?
