Default 5.0 Custom Module Layouts Overwriting Existing Module Layouts

I've built a very simple module in v5.0b using module builder, with just a few fields, and no relationships.

When I deploy the package, the List View, Search Views, and the Quick Create Views overwrite the view of all the other modules in the Sugar installation (all of which are OOB modules at this point). The Detail views of the other modules seem to remain unaffected.

I have not been able to find any other thread relating to this problem and would appreciate a bit of help from anybody who might have an idea about what is going on here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I should add that if I hide the tab for the new custom module, or uninstall it, the other modules' views return to normal.

    Further information:

It seems only to affect other modules which have been customized in some way through Studio. All of their List and Search views get overwritten by the new module's List and Search views.

Their listviewdefs.php look normal to me, and again, all is fine again when the new custom module is disabled.

I am also running into this issue, but only with the search layout.
My custom module's search panel has taken over the Accounts search panel. Needless to say, this is quite a bother.
