5.2.0j Emails get corrupted with '=' signs sent using Sugar email client

When I compose an email using the SugarCRM Email Client and send via SMTP to our Exchange server, the email gets corrupted (it appears) on the way out to the SMTP server. Viewing the Outbound email in Sugar looks ok.

Here's an example test email I sent (as viewed from my Outlook sent folder):
Notice how the email contains the "=" sign peppered throughout the email.

Can anyone help me with this or point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Well it appears that the outgoing email is actually ok. The problem appears to be when Sugar stores the Sent Item in the Exchange Sent Items folder. When viewing the Sent Item in Outlook it looks corrupted but it isn't to the recipient nor is it when viewing the My Sent Items in Sugar.

Looks like a minor bug when storing the sent item over IMAP perhaps?????
