5.5.2 CE: synchronize local and host installation?

Hello everybody,

how can I synchronise my local sugar installation (WinXP/ or 7) with a hosted installation?

Couldn't find any hints besides the offline-client of the pro-versions. If it is somewhere, happy for pointing me to the direction.

I am new to mysql, php 'n' stuff - do I need to copy databases to my local installation and vice versa?

Edit: I would like to synchronize the data of 1 user of the remote installation. My local installation would contain another user which doesn't need to synchronized. Please advise if you need more information.
