503 Service Unavailable

Server: Ubuntu 8.04.1 LTS, php 5.2.8, litespeed, apc, mysql 5x
Brandnew (test) installation 5.1c CE, no extra modules

I am testing for a customer and loaded some 60.000 contacts. Upload worked fine but after everything is there the blue ribbon stays saying "import completed" and after some time I am getting 503 service unavailable.

Another version next to it plus all other tasks on this machine are fine, cache is ok, CPU is ok, memory is ok. I am nowhere near to the limits.

Webserver throws a bunch of timeout messages, sugarlog is empty

Any idea?

PS: That's what my webserver says: connection to [uds://tmp/lshttpd/lsphp5.sock] on request #0, Connection timed out!
PPS: The timeout is set to 5min - after that the 503 error appears

I think problem with your import data. You can import minimum data first and check either its working fine then import heavy data.
