503 service unavailable error

i am getting an occasional "503 Service Unavailable" error. is this a Sugar problem or should i be looking to the hosting service to address this?

Hello,

this issue is a server side issue so you might want to contact your hosting provider and see if they can find the source of the error (could be due to maintenance, temporary overloading...)
