I have 6.1.4 installed...
I have notifications turned on to send email. I have the users setup to be notified on assignment.
If i assign a contact, it works.
When i try to create a project under my name and then assign users tasks for my project, the users are not getting emails.

I am not sure why not... i haven't tried any other notications... but i want to create projects for my team and assign them Project tasks... they should be notified via email when they get it assigned.

am i missing something? can someone help me out?
