6.3 Beta 1 codepage Issue

Hi. i have an issue with sections which use AjaxUI to load.
When I click link which use AjaxUI then codepage of Ajax Loaded part drops from UTF-8 to latin1, so all text come garbled.
(/index.php?module=Administration&action=index#ajaxU ILoc=index.php%3Fmodule%3DContacts%26action%3Dinde x%26parentTab%3DAll)

All other without Ajax, for example - Calendar works fine.

How I can fix this or how to turn off AjaxUI?

php 5.3 (php-fpm)
nginx 0.8.54

ok. i figured out how to turn off ajaxui.

its 'disableAjaxUi' => true.

but it temporary solution, I still need to fix codepage
