Sugar 5 worked 100%

Sugar 5.1 broke it and in sugar 5.2 it stil is not fixed!!!!!!!

When i create a case workflow creates a task under the contact, - task is linked to the contact automaticaly through workflow. but versions 5.1 and 5.2 is not working. when you create the case the task is under the case and not linked to a contact.
