About - My Teams

Hi,

A few users in CRM when they search for opportunities or any other module they see row's appearing more than once, duplicate rows but in the database are found only once. I find out that one specific user that is facing this issue in his profile under My Teams, almost all teams are listed there, and this was done so the specified user to be able to view or access accounts, leads etc for those teams that are found in his profile if i am correct. When I removed one of those teams from his profile the return data from the search in Accounts reduced but still we had Accounts appearing more than once. If this is a bug that was fixed in a later version I would appreciate if you let me know. On the other hand if not please advice how this can be resolved?

Please do not propose me again to upgrade crm to the latest one as it is very customizable and it would be a mess to try this now.

Hello,

Check if the duplicate opportunities are having different accounts related. If so, it will appear twice only. Thats the way Sugar works.

All duplicate opportunities are related to a single account. Also I forgot to mention that when I tried to search for the same opportunity results using my account which is Administrator the records are shown fine with no duplication at all.
