    Default Accent characters not imported

    Hi

    I have recently set up a Sugar system and imported an Access database in to it. The users have noticed that accents and umlauts have not been imported, for example, Chloë is now Chlo.

    Is there any way I can redo the import and make sure Sugar can interpret these characters?

    A possible issue is the conflict between the file charset and the import charset on your preferences.

    The import file was created in Excel, not sure what Charset that would be, my user preference is UFT8. Any ideas what I could change it to?
