I just installed Sugar and have the following problem:
Many of my contacts are Hispanic and have accents in their names, eg María del Carmen Díaz. If I send a mail through Sugar - whether as part of a campaign or individually - accents are only partially displayed correctly.
In subject and body characters like ñ, í, etc. are displayed correctly - problems only arise with the to-field, which is in the following format by default
name <recipient@domain.com>
The accents in the name are not displayed correctly. My question is:
- Is there a possibility to switch the charset in the outbound mails, and if so where?
- if that is not possible or very difficult, a workaround would be to only use the email-address without a name in outgoing mails. Is that possible?
