Accepting Meeting Invites

Here's an easy one for someone but I'm struggling to find the answer:

When I invite other people on a meeting how do they accept the invite?

Hi Deland01, I'm going by memory here (always a dangerous thing!) but here goes ...

When you invite someone via the Invite Attendees section within Schedule Meeting an email is sent to that individual. The email contains (by default) a very plain and terse three URLs: Accept, Decline, and (I think) Tentative.

You can of course tailor this email but in any case clicking the URL causes the system to store that response alongside the invitee's name.

when user opens Home page there is a list with meetings so user can lick on image accept/decline

Andy - we don't use the email side of sugar unfortunately and I had a sneaky feeling it might have something to do with it.
