I have a problem regarding access control in SugarCRM 5 CE Full.

@@ I have 2 kinds of users - BDA & BDM.
## BDAs should have access to
1. Accounts - Add / Mod
2. Meetings - Add / Mod & Assign to BDM
## BDMs should have access to
1. Accounts - View
2. Meetings - Mod

@@ The problem I am facing is that once a BDA assigns a meeting to a BDM, he loses control over it i.e. he cannot access it later also the BDM to whom the meeting is assigned cannot see the Account Info.
I want that a particular BDA should be able to see Meetings scheduled by him only.
I want that a particular BDM should be able to see Meetings & related Account Info scheduled for him only.


I have made access control like this for BDA role
@ Accounts
Access - Enabled
Delete - None
Edit - Owner
Export - None
Import - All
List - Owner
View - Owner
@ Meetings
Access - Enabled
Delete - None
Edit - Owner
Export - None
Import - All
List - Owner
View - Owner
