We recently started using the Publydig Thunderbird Extension for SugarCRM. Everything seems OK, with the exception of one user having problems. When they use the plugin to archive an email with attachment(s), they get back the following error:
Error on creating attachment <filename>

Access Denied
You do not have access
The email archives OK (as does an email without attachments) but it doesn't have the attachment. The problem appears to be a Sugar permissions thing, as I've tried it on the same computer with different Sugar logins with the same teams and roles and this problem only occurs for one particular user. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
