Hi,
I am trying to download and set up Sugar Community V5.2, and will clearly need lots of help getting it set up so that my users can access it remotely over the internet.
In order to be able to post Support cases, am I right in thinking I have to take out a year subscription to become a Network member?
I am trying to avoid paying anything until I finish evaluating whether Sugar CRM will meet my needs, but in order to evaluate it I need to get it set up, and I can't fathom out the myriad of complicated (to me) instructions for the web server/networking side of things.
Any advice/help much appreciated.
