accidentally removed QuickCreate, how to restore?

Hi,

Being a newbie to the SugarCRM I've mixed up the QuickForm and the QuickCreate

In an effort to remove the QuickForm I removed the QuickCreate instead!
I did that by using Studio/module-x/layouts/quickcreate and dragging all the fields into the trashcan.

So now I'd like to restore the QuickCreate, but when I try to do this in Studio by following the same path, clicking on the QuickCreate icon doesn't open the edit function. Sugar says 'loading, one moment' but nothing happens.

Does anyone happen to have an idea on how I can get back into the edit function of QuickCreate so I can drag the trashed fields back out of the trashcan?

Just delete the file custom/modules/module-x/metadata/quickcreatedefs.php.
