We are just starting to get into Sugar CE and it will work for us pretty good. I have a request that I can't answer. In this economy we have customers that are in arrears in their payments. So the question is, is there a way to create some kind of different looking field on the account page that would stand out to the viewer that this account is flagged for a COD service? I am thinking like a status field that would turn red if the status was changed to "deadbeat" versus "good paying customer" That way when they call for service we can say, well if you pay your bill we would be glad to come out and help you.

Ideas?
