Good morning.

i have created a workflow - call it x.

from create case the workflow kicks of the first task. then in the first task i choose my contact - when the task is completed workflow creates a new task via task -contact -task, but here is the problem. it keeps the contacts details but loses the relationship with the case!@ and if you are looking at +- 400 cases a day, you dont want the agent to click on select the whole time. how can i fix this.
