Is it possible to associate the currency per account?
some accounts is in usa - then dollar

other in aus

aus dollar

other in uk

pound or euro?

Hi Paul

Yes, it is possible!

You can create a Currency field into Accounts module and when creating a new Opportunity under some account it can acquire the currency from the account.
But how there are several ways to create an opportunity you need to implement some specific code for each:

1. Creating an Opportunity from Subpanel under Accounts: You should open the Opportunity Full Form EditView, define a controller with the function action_editview to fill in the currency field;
2. Creating an Opportunity from clicking on "New Opportunity" into Menu: You should need to add a displayParams into account_name field to retrieve the Currency when selecting the Account.
