Account Dashlet bug - how to solve it?

Hi!

I got problem with "My Accounts" dashlet in 5.2.0i (but it occurs also in other, newer and older versions). When you configure it, I mean click on Edit and unhide "Member Of" - it doesn't work. This field in always blank on the list

Please help me to solve that issue.

have you made any customizations on it?
If so check your /sugarcrm/modules/Accounts/MyAccountsDashlet/MyAccountsDashlet.data.php
and search for the definition of member_of field.

I can reproduce this issue as well on a local instance. I see that you have already logged a bug in the Sugar Bugs: #34209.

Are you using ENT (you mentioned it in your post)? If so, i would also suggest that you also log a case within the case portal available for Pro and Ent users. Many times, if there is an easy code fix available, the Sugar team will send that to you so you do not need to wait until it is fixed in a future release.
