Hi,
How should we manage blocked or deleted accounts? My accounts are synced from a booking system so if an account is blocked in this environment, I guess I have to create a checkbox to reflect this block in the CRM.
I can't use the merge feature since it's not available in the booking system.
Also I noticed that if I delete an account in the CRM, it's removed from the related modules without warning the user. So we end up having unassigned opportunities, tasks, etc.
