Account Detail View doesn't display the account data

We currently have strange issues with sugarCRM 4.5.1, actually a few users of our company can't display accounts data and only for a few accounts. Have you ever heard such feedback?
I thought that it was because of a disabled Javascript issue on client machines, and I tested by enabling and disabling Javascript but the result was still the same.

Probably it is due user preference issue.
Reset the user preferences for the user reporting this issue.

Hi Andre,

I changed every involved users preferences, but nothing has changed, I've just submitted a ticket to the sugarcrm technical support. If I have no solution from them, I will simply analyse the code itself in order to see how the accounts data are extracted from the database and then how they come up on the edit page.
