Account Disappeared

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help.

All of our accounts have disappeared from the list view in Sugar, they have not been deleted to our knowledge, they have just gone.

There are some accounts showing in the 'Last Viewed' bar, when we click on these they are opening up the account profile, so I am hoping they are still there and I just can't view them.

Any help or advise would be great.

Try clearing search in listview using clear button.

Hi have tried this repeatedly, and the list view is still 0 entries.

I have looked at all notes, and am able to access all accounts which are attached to these, they are just not showing in the list view, and I am unable to search for them.

Do you know, if they had been deleted, would I still be able to view the account profiles which are linked to notes, or in my last viewed list?

Once you delete a record from sugar, you can not view record through sugar.

Clearing list view means, go to Accounts module, dont search for anything, just press clear button.

If, still you dont get data, please check sugarcrm.log

Thank you for you help, it is much appreciated.

The clear search is definitely not working, but I am reassured by that they must still be there, but not showing in the list view, as I am able to access them via other routes.

I am baffled as to what the problem is.

If anyone can be of any other help that would be great.

Hi,

If you are a programmer, please print query in include/ListView/ListViewData.php
search for $main_query (around line # 286), print it.
& then run that in your database and see what is the error(if any).
