Account Importing Error

Hi Guys

I am getting the following error when importing accounts into my system:

NOTICE: [8] Undefined index: rname on line 447 in file /var/www/vhosts/httpsdocs/modules/Import/ImportFieldSanitize.php

Does anyone know how I could fix this? Please help

Let us know a single piece of the file you are trying to import into your sugar.
Which Accounts fields you are mapping against the file fields?
It seems to be related to a incomplete relate field.

I am also receiving the following error on the server logs:

I am experiencing this error within the system when trying to import:

ERROR: [256] Cannot open the imported file for reading on line 147 in file /var/www/vhosts/#########/httpsdocs/modules/Import/views/view.step4.php

I have also attached a copy of the mapping hope this helps.

According to your first post it seems there is a conflict on a relate field you are trying to import.
To help you solving that we need to access a piece of your importing file and also which fields on sugar they are mapping.

Every time I try to load a record I receive an error that states the following. I have changed my file directories but, I still cannot load the records.
