Account name in case

What is the name of the php variable in which is memoryzed Account name of a Case? I have search in code for account_name but there isn't in case created automatically.

I have a similar problem. With Sugar 5.0.0d version, i modify the case notify layout, that display the name of the account relate to the case. After update to 5.1.0, the notify doesen't accept the ACCOUNT_NAME field, and give me no result. But i didn't find any other variable for account name.
The readme of 5.1.0 upgrade tells that "some default name have changed", and bring example of account "NAME" is changed to "ACCOUNT NAME".

What is your version of Sugar?

I don't have any idea... if I go on PHPMyAdmin, i didn't see any difference about variable change on account module!!!!
there i NO REASON for which notify donìt work

Ok! Il tuo problema è trovare la variabile che indica il nome cliente sul modulo Cases, giusto?
Intanto: hai installato direttamente la versione 5.1.0 o cio sei arrivato tramite i vari aggiornamenti?

Sì più o meno è quello il problema anche se sto facendo qualcosa di un po' diverso. Sì ho installato la versione 5.1 direttamente

Uhm... sulla versione precedente 5.0 la variabile era ACCOUNT_NAME semplicemente... non so cosa abbiano fatto adesso.
Ho aperto un'altro thread con il problema, non so se sia un bug o cosa.
