Please help, I have been tearing my hair out over this one.
I am importing a massive leads file from our previous crm system and am trying to get the Account name imported for leads, however the import script seems to ignore Account Name every time.

Without account name I cannot differentiate between the leads nor can I search for specific accounts nor can I automatically insert the account name into a converted lead or opportunity.

While on the subject on leads, we record the website address in the lead and I cant seem to get it to copy over to converted items either.
How can I structure a website field to ge this to work?
