    Default Accounts

    Hello,

I have a problem. I am going to try to explain it best I can.

I want my employees to only see the accounts that THEY add, not everybody's account. Lets say Jim adds an account called Compaq. When sally logs in, she also sees that account "Compaq" that Jim added. I only want people to see that accounts that they add, not everybodys. Is there a way to do this?

    Please help me ASAP.

    Thanks,
    Nick

Login as admin and create a role where the View option is set to Owner. Assign that role to all the users whose access you wish to restrict. That should limit them to only being able to view those accounts that were assigned to them or they created.
