Accounts - Assigned to Field

I have Version 5.2.0i (Build 5757)

I created an "account manager" field with a drop down box to assign account ownership to the proper rep. I would like to use the "assigned to" field instead of using the custom "account manager" field that is not linked to anything else. I see the "assigned to" field in the quick create tab in studio for accounts however it doesn't show up in the Layout fo rEdit, Details or List.

I just need to have the assigned to field for accounts and have it able to be edited.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Goto Admin>Studio>Accounts>Layouts

and then change the layouts for

Listview
Editview
Detailview
