    Default Accounts can't be found in Advanced Search after being merged

    I have run into an issue when searching for accounts by name using the advanced search, accounts that have been merged with other accounts are not being found. They are found however searching by name using the basic search. It does seem that the accounts that not showing up have been merged from many accounts (one of them up to 10) originally. Its a complicated story why the remaining account was merged with 9 other accounts, but it seems to be the unifying factor in these cases. This is also happening with accounts that have been merged with 2 other accounts so the number may not actually matter.

    Hello,

    what version of Sugar are you using? Try to click the clear button to clear any other items and see if you can get the results on just the account name alone. Also, maybe try to use the % sign in the name for the search to see if that yields any results (just in case there was a space added with the merge).

    I can't reproduce your issue on ent520d. I guess you put the different key words when searching the records.
