Accounts & Contacts not linking

Hi all,

I am new to this so please go easy on me. We have the latest versin of Sugar. A few weeks ago, we started experiencing problems with adding a Contact to an Account. If we go to create a Contact then click on the Accounts field tab to search for the Accounts, I can choose my Account, however their account name is not showing up in the screen when we view it. Also, if I go to the Accounts tab and look at the contacts under the account, that contact is not showing up. Its like they are not recognizing each other. We've tried adding contacts different ways, for example while we have the Account open and clicking create, but it does the same thing.

What can I do to fix this? Its driving everyone insane. I am not a coder at all and do not know PHP unless its easy cut and paste. I am getting very overwhelmed because my boss wants it fixed and I have no idea what to do.

try the following:
Admin->Repair->Clear Template Data Cache, then
Admin->Repair->Rebuild Relationships

Then maybe it's a roles issue.
Try Admin->Repair->Repair Roles.
If it doesn't work, the next thing I would try is Admin->Repair->Quick Repair & Rebuild.
