Nope

Linux crashed, so they reinstalled centos.
So i loded the backup sugarcrm and mysql to var/www/htdocs and mysql folder
made mysql to user and group mysql

The htdocs was made to apache.

with 777 rights?

some module i can see other i cannot even see a list view, but when i create a new account i can see the new account, go in to it from last viewed button, but cannot search or anything.

coppied the sugar and mysql to local pc, wich runs a sugar stack. everything works 100%
