We have a number of customers who have multiple sites. This is fine and we use the 'member of' relationship to manage this.
However, each customer site logs calls with our support team, and we need to see if the site has a valid support contract. The contract is against the top level account and covers the entire company.
Is there a way for the member companies to have this contract showing in their account screens? Rather than the busy support rep having to bounce between account screens?
