Accounts member of vs member of

In the studio, if I try to change listview layout for Accounts I can see 2 fields named both Member of but the first reports account_name while the other parent_name
What is the difference betwwen these 2 ?

If I add Member of -Account_name in the listview the search for the name field retrieve records for the parent account !!!
Proably this is a bug ???

account_name refers to parent_name, so they are the same field.
When you select a account_name or parent_name, the SugarCRM store this information inside the same field, parent_id.
