Accounts with Multiple Locations & Multiple Contacts at each location

I am a new user! Wondering how do you deal with this situation in SUGARExpress? We have a client with multiple offices across Ontario and each office has multiple contacts attached however, I want to be able to have an overview of all client information at one time so I am hesitant to set up various separate accounts i.e. Client/City to differentiate. Any and all information, appreciated:

Use the Account Hierarchy ... set up an account for the head office

set up an account for each branch

use the "Member of" field to relate the branch to the head office
