Users' assigned accounts are not displaying in there accounts module when they login. Nor is it showing when they click on accounts.
I've rebuilt relationships. I've repaired the db. I've removed them from the account and then re-assigned them.

In case of CE - check the roles, in case of PRO/ENT check the teams and the roles. Quick shot to start with...

Everything looks good in those areas as far as I can tell. And I have the pro version.
Did you recently upgrade to 5.1? Do you have custom fields in accounts? There's a bug making the list view invisible if you have a certain number or a certain type of custom fields in your modules. But that would be valid for all accounts and all users. Pls. provide more info on what you did.

Yes, recently went from CE to 5.1 pro. It's happening to all users and I don't believe there are any custom fields but I'm not 100% sure. I'm the server admin but our vp has admin access to sugar itself. I spoke with him and he says he thinks he removed some fields but doesn't recall adding any.
What can be done to overcome this bug? I read the release notes for 5.1a and it doesn't seem to resolve the issue.
Since you are a pro customer you need to open a support case with Sugar if you didn't do so already.
You can check whether there are any additional fields by going to studio and check under accounts / fields whether there are any above the line ending with _c. Those are the custom ones.
Furthermore you need to upgrade to 5.1a in any case. It's easy and fast, doesn't do any harm and resolves plenty of bugs.
See what happens if you create a new account that has the global team assigned. And admin as owner. But upgrade first to 5.1a.

Ok, upgrade to 5.1a. Created a test account but I don't have a field to assign it to a team, only users. Also, I had a ticket opened already but their response time leaves alot to be desired.Originally Posted by roblaus

Yeah, definitely have pro. I checked our backup install and it does have the Team section. Let me do a fresh install and dump the db and see if that resolves the issue.
