Accounts are not showing

Hi pgroup.

Which flavor and version are you using?

Did you reset user preferences?

I tried creating new accounts from admin and when i logged in as a user i couldn't see the account being created.

Same thing happened when i tried creating a task!

What could be the problem?

Note: I made sure that the user logging in to see the account has full access to accounts from the roles admin page.
