    Default Accounts not showing under certain users

    one of the users is complaining because they can not see the accounts listings. if you log in under another user you can see it but for her you cant. I logged in as admin and checked her permissions. it looks like it shows ALL for all views under accounts. SO I am not sure what it maybe.

    Try to reset user preferences for this user and try again.

    we figured it out. apparently it had something to do with unchecking My Items and hitting the search button again.
