Accounts not working after upgrade to 4.0.1 to 4.2.1a

I used the upgrade wizard and uploaded "SugarSuite-Upgrade-4.0.1-to-4.2.1a.zip. I got some error messages first because of permission. I changed my installation to be owned by the webserver and 755 all the way (it is an internal server, security doesn't matter so much to me).

The upgrade went fine, no errors shown.

When I click on Accounts now there is nothing and I get a error message:

Error running count query for Account List: Query Failed:SELECT count(*) FROM accounts LEFT JOIN users ON accounts.assigned_user_id=users.id LEFT JOIN accounts_cstm ON accounts.id = accounts_cstm.id_c where accounts.deleted=0 ::MySQL error 1146: Table 'sugarcrm.accounts_cstm' doesn't exist

I checked, the table sugarcrm.accounts_cstm doesn't exists. Should it ? Did I do something wrong. I got the following tables (still with data) in my database:
accounts
accounts_audit
accounts_bugs
accounts_cases
accounts_contacts
accounts_opportunities

But no accounts_cstm. What did I do ?!! Help please. I got a backup of 4.0.1 as well as the database...but before I put it all back, perhaps it something easy to fix ?

I finally found the answer. I had a custom field in accounts but I never used it (Guess it was left over after playing with it some). Anyways, after I deleted this custom field I can now get into the accounts tab without an error message.
