Accounts-Opps and Accounts-Contacts relationships don't appear in Studio

Recently upgraded to 5.2 from 5.0.f.

I can't see Accounts_Contacts or Accounts_Opportunities in the relationships section of Studio for any of the three accounts. I also have a custom module that I uploaded pre-5.2 (unfortunately) that I related to Accounts...this relationship also does not appear. I have repaired relationships to no avail.

On the other hand, the subpanels all show under Accounts Detail View and, except for my custom module, the correct Account Name appears in the Opportunity or Contact record when created from the relevant account.

SOOOO, I can't see any obvious problem, but am concerned that I can't see the relationships.

Help!?!?

sorry, the first line above says "any of the three accounts"...this should say "any of the three MODULES".
