My company is looking into deploying SugarCRM and one of the questions I've received is how the system can handle accounts with subsidiaries and different locations of each subsidiary.
My assumption is that you set up an account at the most granular level, meaning that Account 1 is the California office of the XYZ subsidiary of Company A. Account 2 would be the Texas office of the XYZ subsidiary of Company A, and so on. Is my understanding of this correct?
If so, where then do I enter details for Subsidiary XYZ and where would I enter details for Company A?
Thanks in advance for any help on the matter.
