Active directory integration with sugar 5.5.2?

hello everyone,
i'm a total newby and i've been looking for answers in the forum as well as the module directory, however i was only able to find very old responses and the ldap/active directory plugin doesn't seem to be maintained (last update in 2006)

is there anyone who can give me an idea about how to set this up? thanks!

Hi

sugar 5.5.2 with active directory (ldap) works fine. I've been running local sugar instance with ad integration.

You can config it by password managent menu in admin panel.
