Active User License?

Hi,

I'm new and just reading all the info about the open source version but I cannot find any mention anywhere of the number of users supported by the the open model. The only reference I have seen is in one of the demo videos thats states "an active user counts as a license" can anyone clarify this for me please.

In effect my question is "using the open source version how many users can I have?"
