Activities & Calendar tabs

OpenSuse 11.1 / SCE 5.2.0c / MySQL 5.0.67 / Apache2 2.2.1.0 / php 5.2.9

I can't seem to get my Activities and Calendar tabs to reappear.
I may be wrong but I think they disappeared after I installed the dev kit (dtk 0.3.zip).

I've reinstalled SCE 5.2.0c, copied over my custom folder and reattached to my original DB without any problems. Unfortunately the tabs haven't reappeared.

I've reset user prefs, enabled group tabs, created new users, I've compared a clean database with my existing one, and studied the updates that occur on the 'tab' field in 'config',
I even imported a brand new 'config' table via phpMyAdmin.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this mess please ?

Ok,

I've managed to sort out my missing tabs situation - although I'm still not sure what the cause of it was.

I resinstalled a brand new copy of SCE 5.2.0c, with new MySQL DB
and imported only the tables that contained my originally imported data (contacts, contacts_ctsm, accounts, accounts_ctsm, relationships, fields_meta_data, import_maps, ...) and copied over my Custom modules folder. voila ! That's all it needed (it did however take me quite a while - your basic trial & error approach - before ending up with this satisfying result !)
