    Default Activities in Cases

    Using CE version.

    When adding an Activity to a case, the user that the activity is assigned to receives the email. The activity is converted to a task. However, the list of Activities/ Tasks cannot be viewed by users. All tabs are diaplyed system wide.

    I'm not sure what you mean by this
    The activity is converted to a task.
    . Please explain
