Hello all,
I have the following issue -
When in a company record I create a call back, the call back is entered into the calendar twice, the 1st entry is in the correct time slot but the second entry is in the next hours view, but both entries are the same for the same time. Now when I go to delete the duplicate call back activity both call backs are deleted.
I have not noticed this happens when I create a call back activity in Calendar, only when creating a call back within the company record.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.. I am running the latest version of SugarCRM.
