    Default Activities Double

    Every time I add an activity to SugarCRM it creates two entries for that activity that are exactly the same.

    I am using Chrome, on a Windows 7 machine.

    Any ideas?

    try to reproduce issue with other browsers IE , firefox and let us know results.

    It does not happen in Firefox or IE.

    While this is a solution I would prefer to use chrome.
