    Default Activities Search throws Fatal Error

    We started seeing this error a few days ago.

    Fatal error: SugarBean::require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='D:\OFFICE\www\ftc\crm\include/..;.;C:\php5\pear') in D:\OFFICE\www\ftc\crm\data\SugarBean.php on line 3346

    I am not really familiar with SugarCRM yet, but my boss asked me to look into it.

    I would welcome any pointers as what file might need to be modified for the include_path.

    Thanks

    Hi Henderson

    Go to "About" link at the top right of the page and let us know the full version.
    Try to identify if some one had modified anything into system and let us know.

    Thanks for the start. I just actually updated it to version

    Version 5.2.0 (Build 5380)

    This is primarily a stock install. It has been upgrade from version 4.5 to 4.5.1, then 5.0 and now 5.2.

    Short of that, no code has been touched by me, and I am the only one with access to the system to physically adjust the code.

    -Thanks
    Heath
